201 EXECUTIVE CENTER

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Ethos was tasked to relocate several Oklahoma State Agencies from their existing location at the Kerr Edmondson building located at 445 S. Houston Ave. to the 201 Executive Center located at 201 W. 5th St. Some of the agencies being accommodated include; the Oklahoma Supreme Court of Civil Appeals, Oklahoma Workers Compensation Commission and Court of Existing Claims, Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs, Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Oklahoma Corporation Commission, & the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

In order to accommodate a hybrid working model and create a smaller footprint for each agency, common facilities such as a conference center and shared break area were created. This allowed for more employee focused spaces within each agency’s footprint. Standardizing newer furniture and a neutral color palett for the entire building allowed for additional space saving and efficient building maintenance.
