AAON TECHNICAL ACADEMY

The AAON Technical Academy transformed an existing 12,660-square-foot industrial warehouse into a dedicated training environment for HVAC service professionals. The renovation reimagined the one-story concrete tilt-up facility to support hands-on instruction, technical education, collaboration, and employee development while modernizing the building’s appearance to align with AAON’s established campus identity.

Working within the constraints of a tightly bounded site, the project included extensive exterior façade and entry enhancements, upgraded building systems, new interior training and support spaces, and the addition of a 600-square-foot pre-engineered metal building workshop for practical learning experiences. Ethos provided architectural, interior design, structural engineering, construction administration, and furniture coordination services, delivering a facility that supports workforce development and ongoing professional training.
