BANK OF TEXAS OFFICES AT GRANITE PARK III

This 26,623 SF tenant build-out at Granite Park III consolidates eight Bank of Texas departments into a cohesive, single-floor corporate workspace in Plano, Texas. The design thoughtfully balances private offices and open workstations while integrating executive-level conferencing, a large board room, and a spacious break room with city views.

Ethos provided full architectural and interior design services, including detailed space planning, MEP coordination, permitting, and construction administration. The resulting workplace aligns with corporate standards while supporting operational efficiency, confidentiality, and collaboration across multiple financial service divisions.

This project represents the continuation of our long-standing partnership with Bank of Texas and the broader BOK organization. Over many years, we have supported their evolving workplace needs, developing a deep understanding of their operational standards, brand expectations, and culture.
