The layout prioritizes private offices and focused work environments, complemented by conferencing, training space, and a large break room positioned to take advantage of panoramic city views.

The design draws inspiration from the oil and gas industry, using materiality and form to reflect the client’s identity while supporting functional workflows. The space is planned to accommodate both individual work and collaboration, with flexibility to support evolving operational needs.
