SAND SPRINGS PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING

Ethos partnered with Sand Springs Public Schools to enhance the functionality and accessibility of the district’s existing administration building through a targeted addition and renovation. As a long-standing partner to the district, our team continues to support improvements that better serve staff, visitors, and the broader community.

The project includes a 4,880 SF, four-story entry addition designed to address accessibility challenges created by multiple previous expansions. The work also included demolition of an existing older gym to make way for a more visible and welcoming entry and new parking areas that provide quick access to the administration team. The addition introduces a new elevator, stair access, and a reconfigured entry lobby tha t improves visibility, wayfinding, and overall user experience. In collabor ation with the City of Sand Springs, the parking area and front plaza were designed to be flexible for community-oriented events, strengthening the buildi ng’s role as a civic hub while supporting the district’s daily operational needs.
