TIMBER WOLF EXCAVATING BUSINESSS INCUBATORS

Located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the TWX Business Incubators project consists of two adjacent buildings designed to support emerging industrial and trade-focused businesses. Tailored for tenants such as automotive shops, subcontractors, and other hands-on operations, each facility combines dedicated office space with expansive workshop areas featuring overhead doors to accommodate large equipment, vehicles, and operational needs.
Providing flexible, functional environments for small businesses to establish and grow, the incubators are designed to foster entrepreneurship while supporting a variety of industrial uses. Ethos provided conceptual design and architectural services for the project, which includes a 14,650-square-foot Building 1 and a 9,244-square-foot Building 2 and is scheduled for completion in September 2026.
