Tri County Tech - Nursing Lab Renovation & Expansion

This 17,358 SF renovation and expansion modernizes Tri County Tech’s Nursing Lab with four simulation rooms and an adjoining monitoring room designed to support immersive, real-world clinical training. The project includes an enlarged classroom with new exterior windows, an expanded computer lab, a cadaver table lab, six new headwalls, and an EMT classroom equipped with a full-scale ambulance for hands-on instruction.
Additional improvements include a new student classroom, added storage, an office, and updated finishes throughout such as flooring, millwork, paint, and lighting. The upgraded facility strengthens TCT’s commitment to high-quality healthcare education and provides students with flexible, contemporary environments for simulation-based learning.
